doblo will not crank over

hi my name is john and i have fiat doblo cargo 1.3 multijet 2007 and was working ok and i stoped went to start again and not a thing ive checked leads to earth and to started motor and are ok got new starter motor and still not turning over with key if i push it will start can any one help

Do the lights dim as you try to start engine .. ?

Have you tried jump starting..
Or just the push.start ?

Maybe no start signal going from key to starter..

ok sorry can work on cars how can i test that ive only worked on old cars

hi again still cant get it to crank i have a wire going to the plastic bit on solenoid i think this wire is from the key its just a ring on end should this wire connect to any thing ? many thanks
