Technical Disable reversing sensors for towing

Have just had a towbar fitted to our '07 1.9 MJet 120, and as it is a Dynamique it has the (I think) factory fitted bumper mounted reversing sensors.

Is there a simple way to be able to switch these on and off, so that for normal use they work as intended and then when towing they are disabled?

Any advice/help greatly appreciated!

My first thoughts were to trace the fuse used for these sensors, put a bypass wire in with a dash mounted switch, hey presto!

Have just read through my owners manual and can't seem to identify the fuse used for this, anyone know which number fuse please?

This will save me pulling them all one by one and testing to find out

Pull the plug off the reverse light switch.

Live with the annoying beeeeep while you're reversing - you aren't going backwards very long, and it drowns out the useless directions from the other half
