The default behaviour of the Forum Directory was to only plot the pins on the map of items from the current page.
So for example, if you were looking at the first page of the MultiECUScan register, you would only see the pins for the owners shown on that page.
I've now amended this so the map shows ALL the pins of the relevant section (or just everything if it's the homepage), regardless of the page you are on - which I think is how it should have been from stock.
