The horn on my 2008 Grande Punto requires a very hard push, and sometimes several attempts before getting any sound. It has been like this for quite a while, and even though I don't use it much, it would be nice to be able to count on it in an emergency though... Anyone have an idea of a fix?

I think this is a common problem, It just needs lubrication of horn contacts, but I would advise you to get the dealer to do this as you may set off the airbags!:bang:
Mine sounds more like a wet fart than a high-pitched horn. Is this the same issue?

Thanks for the tip. I usually rip anything mechanical apart with glee, but electical systems involve a bit too much delicacy - I would certainly release the airbag! Guess it is a trip to the shop...
I have the exact same problem on my 58 GP but never got round to getting fiat to sort it out. But they did say it only requires lubrication.
