Dents 'n' scartches

Hi all,

iv got a 2001 1.2 punto n had a disagreement with a wall, all my fault, rear quarter panel is severly dented with alot of scratching.

any good body shops in the darlington area? or advise on DIY fixes?

oh and and plastic bumper repair tips?

all help appreciated, cheers

if the plastic bumper is dented use an infa red heater on it and it will pull out all by itself. as for the quarter panel i wouldnt recomend a diy fix unless you have any experience in bodywork.
