Technical Code scanner

Hi all I have tried scanning my car for codes using a universal code scanner and plug for 2002 fiat sienna 1.2 8v, I recently changed the fuel pump and injectors as they were failing car drove fine for a few days and then started revving up and down. Any idea what I can look at before spending money on a used. Throttle body. I have attached the scan output. My main concern is the ecu fault how do I reset the ecu as I had unplugged it and tested with another to confirm the injector and fuel pump was the problem. Please let me know where I can get official fiat scan software at the moment the car drives and has full power.
