Technical Clutch cable

Trying to find a replacement clutch cable for 2001 Fiat Ducato 2.8JTD Model 230. Had various garages sourcing this and all came back and said it is no longer available.

Any recommendations for trying to get one?

EBay has loads advertised but they seem different to the actual part.

The AA, and probably the RAC, carry a kit of parts to make clutch cables.
