Technical Clock spring

Hi All, does anyone know if the clock spring has to be changed after airbag deployment. I changed both of my airbags, seatbelts and also the ecu and after resetting the system it was fine, but after reversing the car into the garage witch include a little bit of manoeuvre the air bag light came on and when I reset it the B0113 was still there and would not leave. Also the horn works but not the buttons on the steering wheel.
