Classifieds required data updates

From now on, it is a requirement that all adverts posted to the classifieds (be they for sale or wanted ads) have the following fields entered:

Location
Phone Number
Postcode

This is to help not only with usefulness of the ads, but also as a (basic) security measure.

In the case of phone numbers, there is now a further drop down box when placing an add which chooses which security you would like set on it.

If you don't want guests to see your number, simply choose "Logged in users only" or "Nobody (Admin Only)" for the relevant measures to be put in place.

Please note: People putting in fake numbers will have their adverts removed and possibly their account banned.

Updated the "Contact Form" so you don't need to be logged in to mail the seller a question.

If you aren;t though, you need to pass the "Human Check" - to make sure spam bots don't hammer it!
