Technical Cinquecento lowering springs!

These springs on ebay are £205 and i want them on my car but dont have a clue how and dont think i have the time to do it i might sell them im not quite shure i do want them on but could do with a step by step tutorial.

Really isn't that hard a job (and if the shocks have just been changed, the bolts shouldn't have seized up).

I like to free off the top nut on the fronts first, but it does mean either using the factory tool or making one up. The vice method works fine -- and saves time -- if you're not going to be doing more than one pair.
