Technical Cinq won't start

Hi everyone, My cinq (899cc - P reg) developed an intermittant starting problem but this has now developed into a non start situation. The coils, plug leads, ECU/transponder/key induction ring, injector have all been changed to no avail. The engine seems to keep firing on one cyl - then dies as if short of fuel but it isn't because after 20-30 secs it starts to spit back. I have removed/resealed/refitted the throttle body and assoc. parts - again no joy.
Output to the coil conns is only about 0.4 volts - is this O.K.. I have checked for bad engine & body earths - no joy. There seems to be plenty of fuel pressure. Any ideas anyone????

Already tried/replaced TDC sensor - no change.

Plug leads on the right way round?

Crank pulley out of alignment?

Plug leads are O.K.. Timing pulley is O.K.

Output to coils while crankingshould be 12v.

Which cylinder is it firing on?

What are the cylinder compressions like?

Have you tried swapping plugs over?

Thanks to everyone for their help. I Changed the TDC sensor AGAIN and its now running like a good 'un.
