Technical Child locks

Hi.
The child lock on the off-side sliding door on my 1994 Ulysse Eleganza won't turn off. The button on the drivers door has no effect. The near-side sliding door is OK. The interior handle on the off-side sliding door feels a bit lose. Any ideas?

replace the whole mechanism, it has the solenoids for locking and deadlocking. I have loads in stock.
