Is ther any way of re wiring the power connector for a cd player so it turns on and off with the key without buying one of them cables that switches everything over as i have way to much cables bhind my cd player and running out of room. I have a punto 55sx mk1 (1996) Thanks

Not shure, so your saying put the yellow wire in place of the red live input wire??
yes, as the yellow wire is ignition switched and runs off a 7.5a fuse, its what ive done via the guide thats on here..
jus see if another mk1 owner can confirm this, as ive a mk2....
u need a small paper clip to get the wire out of the connector block...

gonna take more than a bit of force....u'd be suprised...
theres a small hook on the end of the wire metal part, if u dont use a paper clip or something similar its a nightmare to get out lol...

go to your user cp, -> edit signature, then u need to upload the image, when thats done u can add text underneath, then when ur replyin to a thread u click "show your signature" and should work....should stay on automatically then
