Technical Can anyone help I'm scratching my head

:bang Hi my son has a seicento 1998 1.1 it has had water coming out of the expansion tank lid as soon as its warmed up I have replaced the thermostate and the expansion tank has a new cap too I even bled the system front bleed valve and back bleed valve but it still comes out of the cap when it's hot I am thinking the head gasket might be to blame I put some k seal in today but it still blows out why I think maybe head gasket is when it's warm there is slight white smoke is there anything I have missed before the head comes off ????

Compression test will reveal a lot But it does sound like a gone HG.

Also K seal is awful stuff.

Almost certainly Head gasket, remember to get head skimmed.

yep head gasket. blowing compressed air into the water sytem.
