Technical C1115 ABS and EBD

2013 Fiat 500. Flashing up ABS and EBD failure.

Multiecuscan scan shows
C1115-16 Solenoid Valves Supply Voltage. - Voltage Too Low/Present/Light on

Changed ABS sensor but not made a difference.

Any ideas?

Sounds more like it needs checking first for power and earth at the ABS unit it's self and for poor connection on the large multipin plug to it, failing that the ABS unit may have a fault.
When you say changed ABS sensor do you just mean one of the four at the wheels or did a error code tell you to change one?
I had an issue on a Skoda 4X4 causing a voltage drop at one ABS sensor, it proved to be a wiring fault in the loom. That caused ABS/ESP and Hill Hold Failures.
