Technical Buying a Grande Punto - what to check?

I'm looking for a grande punto.
I've seen a 1.9 jtd version.

I want to be prepared so what to check when I take it for a spin?
I've searched for a thread but I did'nt find one yet.

The car has done 75000 miles so far.

See the various stickys and search for common gp faults. Power steering, corroded brake servo mount and abs wiring plugs are problematic across the range.

Specific to a 75k 1.9 I'd want to know if the cam belt has been changed and if so was the water pump also replaced. I'd also check the clutch as it is very expensive to replace along with the dual mass flywheel. Gearboxes can also give trouble.
