General Buyers giude?

I am thinking of getting a coupe and been looking through here trying to see if any have strenghts and weaknesses...
I fancy a 20v.. but would like a turbo.. then some say the 16vt is better for reliability, but havent found much against the 20vt either..

It seems it could be more dependant on finding a well cared for example with sensible miles (100k) and seeing what happens..
Any advice appreciated...
