well i had a nice day out at brooklands and it was a really good day its a shame no one else turned up except robin. there was no boo stand this year unfortunately.
brooklands had exclusive use to the mercedes world test track next door and entry to mercedes world was also free for the day

Been a long while

Thought id log in and have a look at some of the pics taken today at Brooklands????
Did nobody go?
I went so heres some of the pics i took, not great pics but i dont profess to be a photographer.

Been a long time since i last logged in and after the death of the Brava and replacement by the Alfa 156 (that blew up and had to be rebuilt) im now running around in a classic Austin Mini.

@ tommy they did one run on the test track at 12pm then the mercs went out and did a display then at 14.45 they did one hill run but as usual 2 goes each was a good day would of like to see some more members there was a shame hopefully boo will bounce back next year and have a good stnad to display

All in all, it was a very good day out.

The fact that only 3 BOO members turned up (one of which wasn't even a Bravo/a... but thats my fault for bringing a Coupe!) was a bit of a shame.

Good to see Mareas being represented well though

I'll get some pics up in due course.

I very much wanted to go (first year I haven't been since..2006?) but I was just finishing off the respray work on the Passat. Have to see when the next show is, could do with seeing some Italian metal!
