bravo alarm....lost red key

I have an r reg bravo and have recently had a new alternator put in, now the alarm goes off and i cnt start the car, trouble is i was never given the red key! i have contacted fiat without response and i wondered if anyone can tell me how to disable the alarM or ahve any other suggestions????

There is a possibility the immobiliser could be programmed out of the ecu failing that it's either back to the dealer or a breakers for ecu and lock set inc keys i'm affraid
