Technical Brakes

Hello All

Hoping someone can help me, I first use my brakes in there are really sharp and spot on but as they get warm they start to feel spongy, I have changed the brake fluid and the pads are only 6 months or so old (Black Diamond pads). Also if I am coasting in traffic or into a parking space there seems to be excessive pedal travel then they bite. Does any one have any suggestions as to what it could be? I have no problems with the ABS.

You sure you dont have a leak, or that your brakes need bleeding again?

Will prob try bleeding them again, to be safe. i am not loosing any fluid so im 99.9% positive there is no leak but wont hurt to look.
