Hey guys, just a quick question about my brake system. Over the last two days I have replaced the pads, disc's and shoes as all were badly worn away. I've bled the system with new fresh fluid as the old fluid was like river-water. Now the new brakes are working ok, but the pedal feels spongy/soft when pressing. I know this is usually air in the system but we bled the all 4 nipples till there was only fluid pouring out. Is it possiable to ajust the pedal/have a problem with the master cylinder?
All thought's are welcome.
Ciao, Lozzy

It is possible for a worn master cylinder to suck some air past the seals when you are bleeding the brakes. Normally system pressure seals the seals (so to speak).

Try wedging the pedal down for a few hours. Sometimes bubbles will find their way up and out. Failing that probably a new master cylinder.
