500 Bought a 500C for the wife...

Hey guys,

Just bought a cheeky 500C for the wife - 1.4, loads of character so can't wait to pick it up now.

We should enjoy some road trips in it.

This is the new car:

Which replaces this:

And joins my car on the drive:

The new 500 has most of the options I believe - 1.4 engine, half leather, fogs, blue&me, climate control, parking sensors - so we're quite excited.

The SportKa is lovely but rusting and the zed is my toy.....

Thanks BenGarner93. Unbelievably the KA isn't much more economical than the zed, despite that being 320 bhp vs the 100 of the KA.

I couldn't give a monkey about economy but my wife commutes by car, so does...

Hi Rob,
my wife has a '59 reg 500c 1.4 lounge with all the toys and she averages 42.3 mpg running about. That goes up to over 43 on longer journeys

PS our youngest son has a zed exactly like yours.
