I've just bought a set on eBay for £19.99 including Hermes tracked delivery. I know you can get cheaper blades but of the ones I've tried, they don't compare to Bosch. I paid about £25 for the last set which I fitted 10 months ago and they still wipe like new. Search for Bosch A427S - the seller says they only fit Nemo and Bipper, but we know different (y).
I can't find a reasonably priced rear blade though.

We purchased our car when it was two years old. Owner had been ill so it hadn't been used much. Wipers had hardened so I put a pair of these on as I have found them to be the best. £19.99 is a great price!

Is it possible to just replace the 'wiper rubber' on the rear assy ???
Most of this type of wiper arm the rubber will slide out, and can be replaced.

Cheers Qube O..

Yes, Halfords do a kit for a few quid, cheaper than the complete arm from Fiat and seeings as its advisable to change blades annually you can't go wrong at a few quid.

Now I will not buy Bosch, as whilst I like the quality I do not like their prices, always the dearest.
I fitted a set of Iguana about 2-3 years ago, and they still do the job A1, at half the cost of Bosch.

Yer pays yer money & makes yer choice................

Cheers Qube O.

Using lizards to clean your screen sounds a bit cruel to me, no matter how cheap they are! What do they do, lick the screen as they swish back & forth and how do you tie them on?! :D

Bosch wipers will last at least two years, and most quality (factory) rear wipers 3-4 years ( as they hardly have to work...).
Again, quality material will not dry out fast, cheaper rubber will.

How long they last, and what's recommended are two different things though. Annual replacement is recommended. Best to change them before they fail when they're needed. They're an essential just like lights and tyres.

How often they work has little to do with it, more how much time they spend exposed to the elements.

UK legal tyre limit is 1.6mm, but still advisable to change at about 3mm, for similar reasons.

The last time I put new Bosch wipers on my classic Alfa GTV-6 hobby car, was 12 ( twelve) years ago !!!
They are still in good shape, perform well, car has a new MOT last week, but is garaged, and is never driven in bad weather.

But is that stored in a garage

It's like car factory's tell you to buy a new car each year....!!
Wipers are good, as long as they perform good, there's no reason to change them each year, besides bad quality, cheap wipers...!
A lot of money is throwing away each year, by people, renewing perfectly good wipers...!
( And yes, the GTV-6 is stored under a car cover in my workshop...).
