What do you keep in the long thin storage box at the back of the boot?

I've found it a perfect fit for a fly rod, reel and flies so I am will always be ready for a quick hours fishing.

Errrr - well the honest answer is nothing, because until I saw your post I didn't even notice it was there.

Ideal for what you suggest though I'll need to think of something else to go in it as I don't fish.

Ideal for stowing even more wine when we come back from France I would say.

Had my 500L for 5 months now and just realised what it was today. I'm sure, when I find a use for it, it will be ideal!

Only used it for my trip and kept Warning triangle, high vis vest, small bulb kit and a few little essentials. Never use it otherwise

Think it was officially designed as an umbrella holder, but it depends where you live - could be a baseball bat holder

I haven't even used mine, but spare bulbs and touch up sticks will be going in there I think
