Hi ducato 2017 went to open bonnet ok then rested the bonnet down and now won’t close or open the release catch is just moving up and down any idea how you get it open?
Hi ducato 2017 went to open bonnet ok then rested the bonnet down and now won’t close or open the release catch is just moving up and down any idea how you get it open?
Is it possible the second catch has got bent the wrong way? If so you may be able to gently push down a\ little to relax the pressure and then if you can get your fingers in ease the second catch back towards it's normal position, lift it and then straighten it, failing that was a bonnet stay involved in the jamming process?
