Hi,im looking for help here.
My fiat doblo 2007 multijet 1.9 diesel taxi was using 3 litres of oil for 600 miles and smoking blue smoke so it has had the engine repaired with rings and stem seals and also had new turbo 2 months prior to this repair.
ive done 900 miles since engine repair and it is still smoking which occurs within first 5 to 10 miles of daily use then can be when sat when engine has been running for a number of ours parked up idle.
its due to go and have oil n filter change as was agreed at 1000 miles but am lost as to why its still smoking as oil use is back to normal being non required after 900 miles.
anyone out there had similar problems and if so can you give advice.
my turbo is under warranty so can be changed if that's at fault and have a years warranty on engine from engineering company who did rings and stem seals.
