Blue & Me USB Problem

Hello,

It must be an incompatible phone via Bluetooth because I get the 'No Media Found' message everytime I select it. (Huawei P Smart). If not let me know any other troubleshooting tips please.

Also

USB wont work on my car, it only plays some songs and whilst it reads some names (using a FAT32 USB Stick btw) it cycles through them but wont play the audio. I updated but it via he blue&me updater to 5.6 but this has not changed.

The files are Mp3s, do I have to reformat them to make them play? If so how?

All media files on USB stick have to be MP3 format but more importantly 192kbps!. Any higher on the kbps and it will not recognise any files. Usually downloaded music etc is 320kbps. Use a converter of some sort (there are LOADS) on your PC or Mac. This fixed the issue for me!
