General Barchetta brake servo unit (part search)

Please help.

Can anyone point me in the direction to purchase a replacement brake servo unit (the big round thing behind the brake fluid reservoir) because my one is leaking. I know this be cause I have to press quite hard to stop the car. The vacuum is not assisting the braking at all. A secondary verification of the fault is confirmed because the engine idle is strange and unstable until I pinch the pipe that feeds the servo unit, then the idle becomes stable.

Can I use one from any other fiat that are commonly on sale on eBay?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
