I received my car (Punto Evo Eleganza) 4-5 weeks ago, With B&M TomTom.
When connecting the TomTom to the Blue&Me system in the car, the TomTom comes up with "No Bluetooth Available".
I sent it back to the dealership the following week, and they looked at it, couldnt fix it & contacted Fiat directly & Fiat replied saying test the tomtom in other Evos, so they did and the TomTom unit works in other Evos but not mine so 3-4 weeks ago they ordered a new Blue&Me "control unit", and said they'll ring me when its arrived.
Well, after 2 weeks of ordering the part I rang them to find out if i had been forgotten about and they said the part hasn't arrived, they dont know when it'll be in & they'll call me when it is.... now its another 2 weeks later, and i've heard nothing.
So first off, is this "No Bluetooth" problem other people have had? (directed at people related to Fiat dealerships, as i know consumers dont know) + if so, how did they fix it?
And secondly, is it normal to leave me waiting 4 weeks for a part to arrive or am I being fobbed off?
