Hi guys, I've had this grime type stuff on one alloy since I got the car, it's like a brown-orange colour, I've tried getting it off with the usual pressure wash and elbow grease but I think I need something a bit stronger.

What would people recommend ?

The quickest and easite way (by far) is by using a product called Iron X - looky here;

If there are any stubborn bit left after Iron X, as noted above, use a clay bar;

Throw the clay away after using on wheels so you may want to do your body work/glass with it first!

Iron X !
I heard of that stuff but for the life of me couldn't remember what it was called, Ill try Iron X first and if I need a clay bar after (y)

sometimes it can take a number of hits to remove it all

keep going over it with an old wash mitt or alloy wheel brush to keep it adgetated...

worst case sinario you might need to step up to a acid based cleaner but beware if the lacquer is damaged its certainly not a weekly use cleaner in my eyes but for really filthy wheels they have their place in a car cleaners stock pile

something like wonder wheels or autoglym wheel cleaner the ag is safer but not as potent but it can help...
