On a Tipo?BLUE + Me audio working okay?
I read it as a 2016,....do you know if something like this would be covered under warranty?
It's a 2017 but is still under 1 year warranty from Spoticar (which I believe is owned by FIAT/Stellantis)I read it as a 2016,....
But if it's 2 years old, should be
3rd year it depends on your relationship with your FIAT dealer
TBH.. Looking less likelyIt's a 2017 but is still under 1 year warranty from Spoticar (which I believe is owned by FIAT/Stellantis)
These are the codes I'm getting from my basic OBD readerTBH.. Looking less likely
But.. You have options
1st would be to get it plugged in and discover what isn't communicating,
A dealer may well charge £130 for this..
A private reading with AlfaOBD or MultiECUscan should have the same effect.. For significantly less
Look on the forums MES register for options
Or tell us where you are based
I am near the M4
How is a allmost 6 year old car under warranty still? It's a 2017 but is still under 1 year warranty from Spoticar (which I believe is owned by FIAT/Stellantis)
Bought as approved used from fiat with 1 year warrantyHow is a allmost 6 year old car under warranty still?
Surprised they give 1 year at that age 3 month maybeBought as approved used from fiat with 1 year warranty
I've got in touch this afternoon they said it will be £125 for the diagnostics which will be refunded if it is found to be under warranty. Not sure of the cost if it isn't under warranty as I can't find any prices for new part only usedSurprised they give 1 year at that age 3 month maybe
Best contact them asap about it
Hopefully it will be covered but when they see the price of a radar sensor probably not

Looks like there's someone reasonably close to me in the NE, might drop him a message. If there is work that needs doing would a garage accept these diagnostics or demand to run their own?Told you...
Anybody near you on the MES register?
Might save you some grief.
A day's lost at a dealer and £100

They ended up fixing this under warranty with no diagnostic fee. Would have been £1300 so I was very pleased with the dealer.Surprised they give 1 year at that age 3 month maybe

Presumably at that price it was a new radar sensorGreat news!
Any idea what was actually "repaired"?, as anybody reading, this when they have a problem, is unlikely to have access to a warranty..
