Rang up and got my quote, to pay £156/month on my punto.
Then told them i had a discount code and they said it would put my insurance down to £1200, which i was very happy about, they told me to send them the information on the discount via mail so they have it all on paper, so i did.
Then got 2 letters through saying i would get £90 back, as i read further i realised it said that it was reducing my premium by £90 over the year.
How is that reducing my insurance to £1200 even remotely?
They would need to add 50% APR for paying monthly or something stupid to make a figure close to that.
Im going to ring them tomorrow at work and see what theyre playing at tbh as its a bit of a joke how much difference they told me it would make, to how much it actuially made.
Anyone got any advice or tips as to what i should say/do when i ring them?
Thanks
Shaun
