General 2019 Ducato steering noise

As per title, on tickover if you turn steering lock to lock almost like a groaning noise fluid levels ok and tyres ok pressures etc help :bang:

If you are turning from lock to lock with the vehicle stationary, the noise could be due to a pressure relief valve in the power steering.

does it at low speeds my theory is the pump

turned out to be the strut top mounts

Unless you have the front wheels on swivel plates, you should avoid doing that. It's about the worst thing you can do to the power steering system and the suspension. It places a lot of stress on the components, which is effectively hidden from you by the power assistance.
