Technical 2012 fiat doblo

i just bought a 2012 doblo with the 3 button key remote locks the van tailgate button unlocks the rear doors but the 3 button that should unlock the front doors are not opening the front doors i.ve opened the key and tested micro switch with multimeter and it is working ok but does not open the front doors anyone any ideas

Could a replacement key fob have been programmed incorrectly by previous owner?
I have a 2010 Doblo Maxi van but only basic keys, so mechanically lock front door locks everything, then if unlock front door it only unlocks the front, not the parcel compartment ( two side and the rear doors) to unlock them I have to press a button on the drivers door by the window switches.
Maybe someone here knows if MES can program key fob?
