It's started getting dark early and i'm running out of things to do lol so i decided i would like to buy a damaged car, do it up and sell it (not particuarly bothered about making money, as long as i don't loose any, happy to break even).
Basically i've being working as an apprentice mechanic for about 5-6months now and i'm looking for something to gain a bit more experience from.
I have found a 1997 fiat punto on ebay, blown head gasket (surprise surprise eh lol). I could get it for around £150-£250. Now doing the head gasket isn't a problem. I know how to do them and my dad knows a fair bit about cars so he would be able to help me if i got stuck.
The thing that is bothering me is re-sale. Now i'm not doing this for a profit as i said but i don't want it just sitting in my drive and me not being able to sell it.
Anyway after my essay lol. What i'm basically asking is how much does this year of punto sell for and am i likley to be able to sell it easily?
