So... having maf sensor issues with usual symptoms i.e bad fuel economy, juddering in low gears, hard to start and puffs of smoke every now and then..
Sometimes it flies sometimes sluggish needing down shift and flooring.
I’ve removed the suspect maf sensor and replaced with an ‘Ebay oem quality’ replacement.
Trouble is now the car fires up and stalls instantly, will not tick over at all..
With an obd2 scanner the code is still referring to the maf sensor.
Anyone have any ideas.... I have thought about buying some maf sensor cleaning spray and persevering with my original maf sensor and sending the new one back.
