Hi All,

This is my first post, I brought a Fiat Stilo 1.6 last week and am loving the car.
while driving it around something has been getting on my chest a bit, there seems to be a kind of oil smell coming inside the car I've checked the oil level and its fine..

I think it may be a breather pipe or something?
Would like some advice if possible please

It only takes a very small amount of oil onto the exhaust to create the smell, but as it burns off, the leak is difficult to locate. A cold leak will rarely smell inside the car.

Start at the top as suggested above, then work down and along the exhaust.

On the Panda, the RH diff seal is above the exhaust. At 10 years old, the diff seal had hardened due to heat, (other side still clean and dry) and leaked gently onto the hot exhaust. Then of course, the exhaust hampers access to replace the seal. Happy days.
