Technical Lose connection warning

Technical Lose connection warning

From my experience, it could be anything. From loose batery connection to dirty ground connection.

Greetings!

If the car sometimes does not start when hot, buy a new crank shaft sensor.

Cheers

As others have said - it could be more or less anything. the error messages the dash throws out are not always that helpful.

Short of keeping you eye out for things that did work that now don't or thing that are being temperamental the only other thing you can do is scan for error codes. It's detected an error so may have stored a code for it.

Thing to be aware of is that being CANBUS cars there are a lot of different elements, units and modules to the cars and the error could be stored in any one of them so it's a bit of a fishing expedition that might not find anything. I'd start by trying the body computer and see if that's got anything.

Hi everyone, loose connection flashes on my dashboard then my speedeometer goes dead. When I restart my car, everything becomes alright for a while then the process repeats. Anyone had this problem and how was it fixed?
Thanks!

As said......can be a multitude of things, so is near on impossible to give you an easy fix, I've been there, and with everything else, it will be a process of elimination. I went through a process of checking and cleaning every connection and fuse, new battery, new earth cable and still an issue. Garage checked and fault code saying it was the ecu. Almost went for a brand new ecu which the garage recommended but just before, based on lots of research on here, replaced the mass air sensor and hey presto, it never threw up a warning again. Now, that's just my experience and just goes to show how much of a common and minefield of an issue it can be, because for someone else it could have been fixed by any of the initial options or indeed it could have needed a new ecu......good luck!
