I have a fiat stilo 2005, but is now doing the air to circulate nothing
if I turn everything on position 4, I sometimes get a little air
I have the pollen filter and cleaned up all the dirt road
but it does noting

you said you cleaned the pollen filter, did you not replace it?
to confirm its the filter remove it and try it again, if you get a good flow you have then solved the problem.
The filters are not cleanable, they have micro holes that allow the air to flow though stopping pollen and larger particles, when they are clogged they need changing.
I do mine every april time and they always come out filthy, i would never put that one back as you would never be able to unclog the holes.
