Need information on the location and amperage of the Relays on the Fuse Box located next to the battery on my Stilo 1.2. Manual. Petrol. 2003.
The Fuse box has been removed and stripped due to developing a fault after an engine clean!
The Handbook shows the position of all Fuses but no Relays?
I have downloaded a Service Manual But can only find two of the Relays in this.
Looking from the front of the car are three rows of relays.


Top Row. L to R. T02. T08. T03. T14. T17.


Middle Row. T07. Which is different from all others and therefore of
no consequence, and T05.


Bottom Row. T06. T10. T09. T20. T19.


These are covered by the Relays when in place.

Relay locations are shown on the underside of the large black plastic battery cover.

Are you needing new relays? I'm breaking my Stilo so I can post you my relays I have, I replaced them all last year and they all work perfectly fine, you are looking at roughly £11 per relay from the dealers so I could give you a bit of a saving over new pm me if you require them.

Wonder if you can clear the following up for me.
Fuse box has three red 30A and four black 20A Relays.
T17. T05. and T19 are obviously redundant on this model. Can you advise?
T20. Shows engine with diagonal line through. What does this depict. Also which of the remainder positions are 30A and 20A.

I can't find any pictures of a 1.2 fuse box. There's one for a 2.4 in the guides here: https://www.fiatforum.com/stilo-guides/313986-how-clean-dry-out-fuse-box-near-battery.html It may be similar enough to give you an idea of where the red and black relays go.

T17 is for the headlamp washer pump (only fitted if you have Xenon HID headlamps or the optional cold weather pack).
T05 is for the air conditioning compressor (if fitted)
T19 is an engine management supply, but I don't think it's used on the 1.2 engine.
T20 I can't find anywhere in the wiring diagrams.

Hello Davren

Would i be able to use any of Markthompsons fuses in the T17 position or would i have to source a T17 specific relay?
Spoke to Motorvogue about the headlight washer bottle and pumps, £90

Relay T17 is one of the standard 20 amp small relays. Can't remember whether 20 amp is the red or black one.
