i have to get a new instrument cluster for my fiat stilo but it now need mileage adding on.

What would be the easiest and cheapest way do do this.?

you can add mileage with FiatEcuScan or MultiEcuScan (only upward)
Why do you want to replace your instrument cluster? Is it faulty with resetting dials or irregular function ?
In most cases i can repair these clusters but you would have to send it to the Netherlands .
