0 is the highest height, 3 is the lowest

I honestly can't remember but half a turn should be enough to see if the height is adjusting. If not you've the wrong kno, turn it back half a turn and then try the other

The one nearest to the the wing adjusts the vertical movement of the beam (up and down). The large one is for left-right tilting.

You need to adjust item 2 in the picture.
