So this morning I replaced the drives side O/side inner driveshaft tripod only held on with circlip came off easy due to wear ,,new one was much tighter fit find a good size socket and tap new one on and slip circlip back on grease up housing and new tripod bearings,, put back together and all vibration had has gone,,.although the vibration was more on passenger side it was the drivers side inner driveshaft joint that had worn one of the tripod bearings was cracked and other two was well worn..as there are different size driveshafts just replacing the inner tripod bearing was easiest option for myself for my jtd 115 multiwagon the tripod is a 26 tooth spline and outer bearing diameter is 42mm, but check as there are different sizes on the stilo, did check the housing for wear and nothing wrong there also it is not cv grease for the inner but a high temp thicker grease..and when all back together have no vibration when accelerating or under load up hil,,l nice smooth drive now..it started as vibration starting at about 55mph and gradually got worse so any load applied from throttle would have car shake was thinking of looking at passenger side top engine mount but no need now as very pleased with a more pleasant drive compared to when the worn inner driveshaft tripod was at end of its day and an easy enough fix just cleaning up the grease and little drive but sure better to be able to do 60mph with out the wipers shaking themselves off.
