General help need a code

I have a problem.

I have a Fiat Sedici car and my car radio calls for help I need a code but do not have that code. can you help my code so that my radio is working again . And again I can listen to music in the car

Hi, and welcome,
if you remove the unit from the dash board, there will be some iD numbers /labels on the casing of the unit,

I replied to your other post about this 3 days ago.

The answer is still the same; You may be able to get the code for this Panasonic radio from a main dealer. If not, then it can only be decoded at a car radio workshop.
