Hi, and welcome to FF,

the general FIAT way is a plastic bleed screw on top of radiator,
and 1,or 2 little bleed screws in the hoses that pass through the bulkhead to the matrix,

look in the PUNTO section for one of the many GUIDES

Thankyou i found one near the heater matrix nothing on the rad ,i bled it but no air so thats good problem is temp runs at 70c it blows warm but thought it should blow hotter maybe its me.

I use the method of brim filling the expansion tank.. with bleed points OPEN

then squeeze hoses until fluid comes out of bleed points then seal-up,

let vehicle idle until HOT, with the pressure cap OFF - so the fluid can move more freely.
then keep a close eye on coolant levels for a few days
