Hi,:)
alternator AND Battery.. :eek:
fried it ..??:bang:

I take it it's a JTD../ m-jet..?

shutting down at speed sounds like electrical feed lost..,

maybe look here;
https://www.fiatforum.com/tech-talk/419257-2007-scudo-1-6-multijet-90-advice-needed.html

PUG forums list p1351 as a preheat fault.. but the FIAT meaning may differ,

P1198 = https://www.fiatforum.com/scudo/287287-stuttering-3rd-4th.html

I'd get it plugged into decent diagnostics , and see what else is stored..,

hi guys does anyone have any wiring diagrams for a fiat scudo 2lt on a 2009 plate

fried it ..??

sorry = just seen this reply. :eek:

unusual to have a battery AND an alternator, :(

was the issue that the alt. was overcharging , and boiled the original battery dry..?? seen that before.

I've had no direct experience with the Scudo, so have no wiring info -
I'm led to believe that the basics are the same as the Pug Expert ,
and the Citroen Jumper / Citroen van as they are all built in the same French plant,SEVEL :confused:

Which pump was replaced.??
Was the fuel filter replaced.?
Have you checked inside the fuel filter housing for more swarf.??
Can you hear the low pressure pump in the tank running when you turn the ignition on.??

the hp pump was changed theres no pump in tank that i know of as part of the hp pump pulls the fuel in the garage has contacted me and said that the hp pump is faulty so its getting sent back to be checked so heres hopping thats the problem

ok update fuel pump changed getting fuel to injectors now but van will still not start any ideas guys

yes thats what happens when pump packed in the first time but not this time no swarf been on holiday so just back and this is all the garage has said so going in to see them tomorrow

The swarf may be in the injectors, this could cause the injectors to stick and hold pressure, when this happens you won't be able to achieve correct fuel pressure for the engine to start. Check fuel rail pressure while cranking engine using live data on a diagnostic computer. You need 300bar (ish) at the fuel rail minimum.
An injector leak off test is required to check for injectors not holding pressure.

ok hp pump replaced 4 new injectors fuel pressure ok up to injectors one fault code F4BA startup prevention any idea's welcome

was told 70bar and yes found code on a c6 owners group but cant find it on any fiat related sites

You need close to 300 Bar fuel pressure.
Is the engine speed present when cranking.?
Have you tried starting with spare key.?
