(G) Punto 55 service manual -- In English

Hello,
I'm looking for a place I can get a '96 Fiat Punto 55 service manual -- IN ENGLISH!

I'm currently in Spain, so having this manual will be very very helpful to me.

Also,
Any good places I can go to get info on the ECU? I'd like to learn a bit more about how it operates/the software and interface to hookup to diagnose, etc.

The only diagnostic machine i have heard of is from snap-on and it cost loads and loads of money only worth getting if you own a repair shop.
