Technical Steering ECU low voltage???

Hi I tried with alfaobd see the results it says system disabled. so how to enable this.

c1008
Motor phases
Open circuit
Failure lamp 'ON': Requested
Fault present
Test complete or not applicable
Battery voltage: 11.73 V
Recovery type: System disabled
Effort on steering wheel: -0.14 Nm
Vehicle speed: 0.00 km/h
Calculated steering position: 0.00 °
Motor control current: 0.00 A
Clear the code and see what re-occours

Byt 11.7v is too low

12v is a flat battery
12.3v is 50% charged
12.6v is charged

So 11.7 is very low...
A battery is able to provide lights at that voltage and ecus but when motor pulls current the current isnt there
And voltage drops either more and ecu pulls the white flag...

SOLVED
I swapped both relays on replacements, now everything works fine, and ecu supply voltage is ~13V when Motor is on

thanks for showing interest

Hi I had the exactly same issue and changed both relays but issue is same and now I am not getting C1008 but getting C1009. Please help me on this?. According to the haynes we have 6 wires BIG BLACK, WHITE RED, and then the four small wires blue, purple/black, and two wires which has pink. Can anybody explain these wires?. Is there any relation to the fault?.
