Just bought this how hard are they to fit?

Can u change a bulb?? If so then u can install HID easily

Its the same just replaces the bulb and goes through a ballast first

get them pointed down to start with

Be aware it'll fail an MOT shortly

Illegal as the doesn't have Suspension sensor or Lens washers
So the Rozzers will be unhappy
Plus keep an eye out for people flashing you - you could be dazzling them

And yes you will so the power from the original Headlight can go to the ballast and then to the HID bulb

They wont notice and they shouldnt dazzle people either because, as you already know, the mk2 has elliptical lens which are designed to be used with HID's and produce the proper beam pattern. Its these numpties that fit HIDs to Reflector lens headlights that the police are out to catch, as is the MOT test. Ive been unlucky enough to have been in front of a couple of these idiots with hids in reflector lens headlights and its pretty much the same as someone driving using high beem all the time. I fitted HIDs to my Vec C a year ago and I have never been flashed once. I have also retrofitted the full headlight washer system too.

Washer isn't hard to fit

just T Junction from the Front washers - and drill 2holes in the bumper to fit some washers
