Came on last night and has stayed on. Poor performance up hill. Any ideas? a quick search suggests it could be nothing to do with injection but relates to sensors.

have to go to fiat dealer and get a diagnostic check on it, unless you can ellaborate on a few syptoms. did you ave any previous problems before the light came on?

it's my daughter's car so a reliable history of fault is not available. She drove back last night with it on but had not noticed any problem. When she went to the supermarket this morning up a quite steep hill it struggled then picked up then struggled again. Is it only Fiat who carry the fault finding computers?

Nationwide Auto centre universal diagnostic monitor brought up a fault code for the ignition coil. the car has two coils so double the cost! Know any good source for ignition coils on-line?

Assuming it's a 1.2 8v, I (and many other Fiat Techs on here) would put money on it not being a coil fault, and more likely an ECU.

Check for coil failure but my fiver is on ECU
